- The challenge
- A digital platform migration was running 11 months behind schedule, with a hard stop at 18 months. Leadership decisions had stalled, delivery team morale was low, and the whole program was at risk.

- I took ownership of the program end-to-end, working through three phases: (1) Realignment: rebuilding leadership confidence and unblocking stalled decisions. (2) Delivery: driving the plan forward with the team. (3) Handover: closing out with the culture and confidence to sustain it.
