I work with people who need technology delivered. Sometimes that's straightforward. Other times, decisions were stuck, timelines were slipping, and frustrated stakeholders were pulling in different directions.
My goal is to help you reach yours, as efficiently as possible, and with the governance in place to make it safe and sustainable, not just fast. I also want your people to come out of it more energised than when we started.
Whether that means reframing the problem, challenging the assumptions to find what's missing, or just getting on with the work, I make space for the perspectives that haven't been heard and build the path forward together.
I am experienced in program and project delivery, product transformation, and procurement support within regulated industries, with a growing focus on AI governance.
How we'll work together
We'll usually start with a conversation, not a proposal: what's really happening, what's already been tried and what done looks like for you.
From there, I work as part of your team, with enough governance and reporting to keep leadership informed and confident without slowing delivery down. You'll get direct, plain-English updates; no jargon or spin.
And when the work is done, your team should be more capable and confident than when we started, not dependent on me.
